Arrest Active Land Sliding with Reinforced Earth Toe Buttress;

| Phase VI: |
Arrest Active Land Sliding with Shear Pin Arrays between Phase IV Concrete Soldier Pile Retaining Wall and Phase II Shotcrete Wall; and,

| Phase VII: |
Install Sewers and Landscaping and Repave Roads.
